Home Birth: The BirthCare midwives can attend your birth in the safety, privacy, and familiarity of your own home. Without disturbances, the mother can labor, birth and enjoy that special bonding time immediately after birth surrounded by the people she loves. No car ride interrupts the labor flow or the postpartum time. Instead, attendants come to you. Should complications occur, there is a system in place to network into the hospital. Approximately 70% of our clients choose home for their birth.

Birth Center Birth: BirthCare's midwives can attend your birth in our safe, comfortable and homelike Birth Center. With the skillful attention of the midwives, the mother can be supported to birth in our low tech environment. The mother can invite as many or as few family members and friends to lend their help during the birth. If hospital intervention becomes necessary, a transport mechanism is in place. Approximately 30% of our clients give birth in the birth center.

Gynecology & Family Planning: BirthCare midwives provide personalized well-woman gynecology and family planning services for you any time during your reproductive years. We do annual exams including breast checks, Pap smears, and health promotion strategies.
